What if I want to return a pattern?
If you are not satified with a pattern or product purchased from Pamela's Patterns, for whatever reason, return it to:

You will be issued a refund to your credit card within one week of the return.
What if I made a mistake while placing my online order?
Who hasn't? Email our team at email@example.com to cancel the order - no problem!
How long will it take to get my order?
Pamela's Patterns are shipped via USPS. Packages under 13 ounces are shipped First Class and packages over 13 ounces are shipped Priority Mail.
Orders are filled and shipped at least twice a week.
Is Pamela's Patterns website secure for shopping?
While using our website, your connection is secured and encrypted using an industry-standard SSL connection (as indicated by the little lock icon in the address bar). With an encrypted connection, even in the very unlikely event that your internet traffic was being monitored, an attacker would only see scrambled information that is nearly impossible to decrypt. We also do not store or process credit card information on our website. Payments are processed through a dedicated third-party specializing in online payments. They follow all compliancy and security protocols set by the industry. In short, your online purchase is considered very safe and secure!
