Fabric
Suggested Fabric:
Suitable for 4-way stretch knit fabric that stretches in both the crosswise and lengthwise directions (doesn't have to be the same amount), and has at least a 50% stretch. The stretchier, the better! ITY, jersey, stretch lace, rayon/lycra, mesh
Tip: Perfect way to use leftover fabric! May not be suitable for one-way designs or stripes
Check Fabric Stretch with the Stretch Ruler
Fold a piece of fabric across the width. Hold a 5" section against the Stretch Ruler and stretch to the right. The ruler gives the percentage of stretch! Repeat for the length.
Fabric Required:
3/4 yd (XS-S) or 7/8 yd (M-XL) of 60" wide fabric
